Italian-based 20-year-old soul-rock singer-songwriter Alessandro Bossi, better known as KIOL releases his ageless new single "Hard Things" via Join Records. The track , produced at the Grouse Lodge Studio in Ireland by Paolo Nutini’s producer Dani Castelar and musicians Gavin Fitzjohn (brass and piano) and Dave Nelson (co-writing and guitar) who are also known as Long Run, is drenched in wicked melodies, buttery tones and head-bobbing, peaking production. He hits a reflective crescendo as he recites his penned tale of conquered challenges, fortitude and achieved goals. There's a recipe for good music and KIOL has an abundance of all the right ingredients - ardor, an adept team, a trained voice, a learning mind and an eagerness to cultivate sounds; check out his latest record below.
KIOL states, “We chose ‘Hard Things’ as the first single because it represents overcoming a challenge, and we are always up for a challenge! We strongly believe that with ambition and consistent hard work you can reach all your goals. To think, in April last year I was listening to Paolo Nutini’s ‘Iron Sky’ 10 times a day. A few months later, I was working at the Grouse Lodge Studio in Ireland - in the studio where Michael Jackson, Muse, Block Party, and Editors have worked, with Paolo Nutini’s producer, his musicians, and co-writers. A dream come true! It has been the best summer of my life. More to come, hopefully!”
