Ikonic Review: G-Eazy's 'The Beautiful & Damned'

It's fourth quarter and a lot of heavy hitters are dropping some pretty ikonic work. G-Eazy releases his highly awaited album The Beautiful & Damned laced with 20 dope tracks and boasting with hit records like "No Limit," "Sober" and "The Plan." G-Eazy calls on a handful of complementary features from artists like Cardi B, Kehlani, Sam Martin and E-40 to name a few. It's apparent at this point that G-Eazy's here to stay - what a lyricist! This album soothes every side of your musical soul not only including hip-hop vibes but pop, soul and alternative as well. He's open, he's honest, he's transparent.

He didn't just drop a "project" he gifted us music - real music, real contemplation, real-full records doused in observance, head-bobbing flows and prodigious production. This is an album you will listen to from top to bottom. Hip-hop , one of the most controversial genres for its' content and history also makes it one of the most competitive genres as well but G-Eazy still triumphs lightyears ahead of 95% of the game. The Beautiful & Damned should be placed in this years top 10 albums, a must listen; check it out below.
